„Trans:Forming Design from Poland” is an initiative participated by ten Polish companies from the furnishing industry. During the process the companies received complex support in design management. The grand final of the project took place in an international expo events – Maison&Objet in Paris (6-10 September 2019) and Warsaw Home in Nadarzyn next to Warsaw (3-6 October 2019).
We were invited to design and realize expo space to present and promote ten new furnishing collections – the results of the proces.
The multiplicity of forms, textures and colours of presented items induced us to use simple colors, and our beloved – plywood. We designed the space in a way for every company to have their own arrangeable space and for the companies to receive a similar exposition and visibility. This turned out to be a challenging task especially because every company had their own idea for best presentation of their products.
